Oh my goodness, it could not have been more perfect the way everything came together for Sara and Will’s beautiful South Carolina wedding at Heyward Manor in Ida, SC. Between all of the difficulties of planning a wedding amidst COVID-19, being able to walk onto the Heyward Manor property in February after a week of rain was truly perfect as the clouds opened up just in time and we had the most beautiful weather and day.
When Sara contacted me last fall about photographing her wedding, I was elated to hear from her! Talking through the details of her day and everything she wanted to capture made me so excited. Her vision was absolutely beautiful. When it came time to photographing the actual day, seeing her vision come to life made me jump for joy for both her and Will. The details were perfect. Having her close friends and family there made it feel like home. And the love they expressed for Jesus was nothing short of breathtaking as they gave their lives to each other before Him.
The vendors who helped create this wedding were wonderful! The venue and flowers were to die for! Sara’s dress, hair and makeup were flawless, and her planner was fabulous in getting everything to work seamlessly. Sara also shared that her cake was super delicious :)
All in all, it was a great day full of life, memories and sweet moments shared among so many. A huge congratulations goes out to Sara and Will as they start their lives together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me (and my lovely second photographer Mary) to document your day! It was so much fun to share in your celebration!
